French Incoming is a professionnal incoming agency in France since 2011 specializing in custom tours in all regions of France, based on your requirements. We may provide all services needed for a tour, or only some of them. We take pride in the quality of services that we provide.
We use our preferred travel partners (coach, licensed guides, hotels, restaurants and attractions) to create memorable experiences.
Additionnaly, we provide in-house transportation services with our Mercedes minivans (6 passengers + luggage). And, French Incoming may litteraly also go on the road with your group as tour director, making sure everything runs as planned.
BEWARE: new requirements to travel to France (and Europe) starting in 2025. It will be mandatory to apply for an ESTIAS. More info here.

Price starts at 2 500.00 EUR for days (flat, 4 days minimum). It includes our Mercedes Vito XL van for up to 6 passengers, your english-speaking driver-guide, driver-guide's expenses, gaz, tolls, parkings.
Customers expenses (hôtels, visits, meals, etc) are not included.
5 days at 3 000 EUR
6 days at 3 450 EUR
7 days at 3 850 EUR
Additionnal days at 500 EUR/day.

French Incoming also provide Tour Directors.
Self-drive tour for individuals
For your customers who want to be in charge, either by driving or by public transportation & trains. Guided visits, admission tickets, private transfers, ski rentals, food tours, food classes, rafting trip, hot air balloon ride, wine tastings, ....anything may be added to a self-drive tour.

Historical tour in France
Every year, Far Horizons comes with a group led by Dr. William COOK.
Some of the requirements: 4* hotels, 2 seats per person in the coach, and water at disposal throughout the tour in the coach.
World Rose Convention & gardens tour
This small group from the USA came to Lyon for the 2015 World Rose Convention and did a post-tour aferwards.
Requirements: include as many private gardens as possible, as well as nurseries

Mom & Daugther / WWI
Here seen in front of the Australian War Monument in Fromelles. We travelled on the footsteps of the mom's father who fought in France during WWI.
Requirements: complete flexibility to drive wherever the dad had been, as per his war diaries.
GENEALOGY / Four siblings
A family of 4 siblings on an heritage trip to northern France to find out more about their family tree. Requirements: we need help to translate our questions to locals!
French Incoming drove them around, in search for clues of their family roots.
We even made it in the local newspaper
The Ferstlers came to France to look for their ancestors. Meeting after meeting, we ended up meeting with a local journalist who was amazed at the their family history.
